Skilled roofing mechanic/Crew leader

Looking for a skilled individual who is competent enough to run work.

Must be able to organize and motivate other team members.

Be competent with bending and installing metal.

Proficiently install shingles, different brands to manufacturer specifications.

Must be able to efficiently apply torch down membranes.

Vinyl siding skills a plus.

Basic carpentry skills a plus.

Punctuality is a necessity.

Must be drug free.

Drivers license necessary.

Minimum 5 years roofing experience preferably, minimum 3 years experience.

W-9 position.
