Foreman with carpentry skills

Foreman wanted immediately for design build firm . Out office is located in WEST CHESTER, although the projects are in HAMILTON NJ and BENSALEM, & PHILADELPHIA and West Chester. This job is for a highly competent carpenter who can manage projects, supervise a small crew of trade workers, material ordering, and keeping up a fast paced competent work environment. You MUST COME TO WEST CHESTER TO INTERVIEW. Our office is located here.

Must have truck and own tools and be a motivated self -starter. You will be determining materials for the projet and follow the timeline and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead others is a major component of this position. Responsible, reliable, and respectful in addition to terrific skills at your craft!
