Job Title: Handyman/Construction Project Manager; Job Location: 725 W Lancaster Ave Wayne PA 19087; Job Type: Full Time

Overview: The Handyman/Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project sites, evaluating the scope of work, scheduling of work, and providing precise project management for Post Haste handyman projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company accurately bids on projects, manages costs effectively, and ensures the successful execution of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to assess the scope, requirements, and conditions of potential construction and handyman projects. This may include residential and commercial locations.

Data Collection: Gather all necessary data, including measurements, material requirements, and any special considerations that may impact the project.

Project Management: Utilize CRM software, industry knowledge and project management skills to oversee and coordinate construction and handyman projects from initiation to completion. Create and manage a weekly schedule, assigning appropriate craftsmen to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.

Communication: Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to clarify project details and requirements. Maintain clear and open communication throughout the estimation and project management process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: a minimum of 10 years in construction/home improvement/handyman field. A minimum of 5 years as project manager in related field.

Commute: ability to reliably commute to Wayne, PA and surrounding areas

Must have own car with insurance
