Front desk/Receptionist

The Jay Michael Salon, a trendy, fun and friendly salon team is seeking the following:

Full time/part time Client Services Coordinator that is outgoing, friendly, professional, well-spoken and exceeds in customer service to our valued clientele.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a face-paced environment.

The potential employee should be computer literate, organized, efficient, with the ability to work independently, multi-task and follow through on verbal and written tasks.

Familiarity with processing Point of Sale (POS) transactions

Qualifying candidates with salon experience and software scheduling system is a plus, but willing to train new candidates that have excellent telephone and guest service skills.
