ELCO Lighting – Regional Territory Factory Sales (NORTHEAST)

(Field-Based | Aggressive Growth | Heavy Travel)

ELCO Lighting is hiring a hunter-minded field sales professional to own and grow an Eastern territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue by reactivating inactive accounts and expanding existing business.

This is not a support role — you own the number.

Responsibilities:

Call on electrical distributors, lighting showrooms, specifiers, designers, builders & contractors

Visit 65+ accounts per month, reactivating inactive or underperforming ELCO accounts

Present ELCO products to secure stock placement, specs, and purchase commitments

Travel with independent reps and drive urgency, follow-up, and execution

Identify decision-makers, manage CRM activity, and close business

Territory: NORTHEAST: New England, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC

Requirements:

5+ years B2B field sales with territory growth responsibility

Experience calling on distributors, contractors, or specifiers

Proven ability to grow dormant or underperforming accounts

Lighting/electrical experience a plus, not required

Willing to travel 3+ weeks per month

Compensation:

$40,000 base salary

Potential to make $150K+ per year (base + Commission)

AGGRESSIVE Commission tied to net territory sales growth (paid quarterly)

Heavily performance-based
