Rate: $16-$19 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team, with a specific focus on enforcing our dress code policy. As a Restaurant Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the atmosphere and standards of our establishment by ensuring that all patrons adhere to our dress code guidelines. In addition to dress code enforcement, you will also be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to upholding our restaurant's standards.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patrons and verify compliance with the restaurant's dress code policy upon entry

- Politely and tactfully enforce dress code guidelines, providing explanations as needed

- Monitor the premises for any violations of the dress code and address them promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with restaurant management to address any concerns or issues related to dress code enforcement

- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring for any suspicious activity or behavior

- Respond to and resolve any security incidents or disturbances in accordance with restaurant protocols

- Communicate effectively with patrons and staff to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere

- Maintain accurate records of dress code enforcement activities and security incidents
