As the Office Manager, you will focus on bookkeeping, taking care of customers by phone and email and other office projects.

You are the right candidate for this job if you have:

 Have excellent telephone and communication skills

 Excellent ability with Quikbooks and Excel.

 A strong background in customer service.

 Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work load.
