Bilingual Landscape Supervisor

Are you passionate about gardening and landscaping? Do you have leading team skills? We are looking for a full time Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring high-quality work grounds maintenance, maintaining equipment and ensuring safety standards are met, organizing crews up to 3 people to ensure tasks are executed efficiently, operation of hand and/or power landscaping equipment, sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler and any other related tasks.

Requirements:

-Should be able to communicate effectively with customers and other workers in Spanish and English.

-Minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references.

-No minimum education required.

-Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

-Should have own transportation and live in/close to Upper Darby.

- Should have legal authorization to work in the United States

Compensation: $25/hr - Overtime: $37.50/hr
