General Contractor/Helper

Seeking General Contractor or Skilled Helper for Construction company Louxzrenovations.com

We are looking for an experienced General Contractor or a skilled Helper to assist with various residential and commercial construction projects. Our jobs range from home renovations to new builds, and we need someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with or oversee construction projects from start to finish

-Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

-Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings

-Perform or manage tasks including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and more

-Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in construction or a related field

-Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

-Ability to work with various tools and equipment

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

-Additional Requirements:

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

-Own tools are a plus but not required
