Maintenance Staff

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks.

Duties

Completes the maintenance and housekeeping functions of a residential condominium community.

Cleans all common areas, recreation areas and farmhouse offices, including all recreation facility and pool bathrooms.

Performs maintenance, care and housekeeping of all exterior landscaped areas in accordance with Landscape

Maintenance Specifications. Includes, but is not limited to, raking, edging, trimming, weeding, and sweeping grass clippings from hardscape.

Performs routine tree and shrub care, to include removal and regrowth efforts.

Assists in the assessment of the exterior of all units on a monthly basis and as needed to ensure that all units remain in compliance with Rules & Regulations.

Maintains all parking areas to ensure lot is safe, free from damage and debris, and is aesthetically appealing.

Responsible for removal of all trash and recyclables from the trash rooms and exteriors of the condominium units and the common elements of Providence Forge.

Test and maintain pool water with appropriate level of chemicals.

Snow removal and pre-treatment (May entail around-the-clock work at times)

Other maintenance duties as required

Requirements

Proficiency in residential painting

Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance

General maintenance knowledge

Valid Drivers License

Ability to pass a background check

Strong customer service skills for resident interactions

Fluency in English for effective communication
