Responsibilities

Leading and managing a team of tree and landscape crew members

Ensuring safe and professional outdoor work practices

Providing excellent customer service

Learning and performing all tasks related to the job

Developing crew members and providing constructive feedback

Qualifications

Experience in outdoor work, preferably in tree and landscape services

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for providing excellent customer service

Willingness to learn and adapt
