Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Multiple Shifts Available

Green Medical Consulting is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a supportive, structured setting.

Shift Schedule (Must be available for the assigned schedule): YOU CAN PICK AND CHOSE WHAT SHIFTS AND DAYS YOU WANT

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Every Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Monday–Friday & Every Other Saturday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Requirements (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE):

Active Pennsylvania LPN license

REQUIRED experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

Strong communication and documentation skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to follow care plans and agency policies

Current background clearances (or ability to obtain immediately)

Responsibilities Include:

Medication administration

Monitoring and documenting client condition

Providing safe, compassionate, person-centered care

Communicating effectively with the care team and supervisors

Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
