Wadsworth Pizza — a family-owned Mt. Airy staple since 1980 — is hiring an experienced pizza shop grill cook. This is a busy, well-run shop looking for cooks who know how to work clean, fast, and consistent.

Experienced pizza or grill cooks who can run their station

Professionals who take pride in speed, accuracy, and cleanliness

Job Duties:

Set up and break down your station

Prepare and execute pizza, grill, and fryer items

Maintain pace during rushes without sacrificing quality

Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards

Work smoothly with the kitchen team during high-volume periods

Requirements:

Prior pizza shop or short-order grill experience preferred

Must be able to handle burgers, steaks, pizza, fried foods, etc.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy shifts

Must be dependable — this is a key position

Pay & Hours:

$15–$20/hr, based on experience and performance

Full-time and part-time available

Up to 50 hours/week if desired
