We are Expanding for Pizza Maker and a Deli person. Full time and Part-time Positions available.

The responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant including all preparation, cooking and presentation of all meals for service.

Experience working pizza dough, cooking pies and operating a pizza oven , sandwiches and Deli Slicing

Food safety knowledge

Customer service experience

Excellent attitude and aptitude to work hard

Management experience

Great hours, no late nights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The must have strong familiarity with each station in a Pizza Kitchen and Grill.

Helps to plan, oversee and execute the production and presentation for all meals served during a respective service period. Follows company guidelines for ordering, inventory, budget management, and works closely with the owner to manage administrative tasks

Responsible for managing food and supplies purchases through vendors and making adjustments to purchasing based upon financial objectives.

Maintains accurate inventories to ensure appropriate stocking levels and proper rotation of perishable food; this includes the cleaning and organization of all storage areas in freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage areas.
