Lead Line Cook

Cook, Lead -Wanted -3 years prior experience, working knowledge of most cuisines a plus. Good organizational skills and quick short order cooking abilities a must. Candidates for consideration must demonstrate in an interview the ability to work in team, help lead that team and demonstrate their commitment to the culinary field. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Making large batches quantities; assisting with food prep; making short orders; anticipating guests needs and addressing these needs appropriately. Our café is an open kitchen environment so, the ability to work clean and organized during shift is a must. Great growth opportunity for the focused oriented Cook or Chef. We are a "Best of Philly" culinary winner and are poised to expand in the coming months with food trucks and catering, and we want the best staff.
