Copy Supervisor

Klick is looking for a Copy Supervisor to help shape a high-growth, patient-centered healthcare account with strong digital and customer experience needs. This role will focus on non-traditional, multi-channel copy across patient support, adherence, CRM-style engagement, digital, social, website, video, and HCP education materials. The Copy Supervisor will partner closely with creative, strategy, medical, and account teams to develop clear, concise copy for a large life sciences client.What You’ll DoDevelop consumer-facing copy for patient support and adherence programs across digital, social, website, CRM, and video content.Shape warm, human, patient-centered messaging that supports engagement, education, and ongoing treatment commitment.Create HCP-facing materials such as nurse educator content, speaker decks, onboarding tools, and in-person session support.Partner with creative, strategy, medical, account, and client-facing teams to move work through review while maintaining clarity and accuracy.Adapt copy quickly across changing priorities, feedback cycles, and multi-channel deliverables in a growing account environment.
