If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Instructional Design & Development to join our Audit Learning & Development organization.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate performance gaps and conduct needs assessments, recommending effective instructional approaches based on the findings
Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of learning assets
Collaborate with team members and subject matter professionals on course design and development to translate business content into learner-centered experiences
Champion the needs of learners, ensuring that all instructional materials and programs are designed with the learner's needs and experiences in mind
Review learning experiences against outlined learning objectives, company brand standards, and CPE requirements, and stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
Coordinate with SMEs and programming resources for the development and programming of learning assets and materials; facilitate design and development workshops with stakeholders and project teams, as well as train the trainer sessions
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent Learning & Development experience preferred; preferably in instructional design or learning asset materials development from a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in adult education, learning science, or related discipline inclusive of instructional design
Must have demonstrated experience designing and developing for various modalities and formats, including digital, virtual, classroom, blended, simulation, social/collaborative, infographics, supporting guides with prior knowledge of designing interactive learning interventions and performance support tools and creating detailed storyboards
Deep understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals, and excellent relationship and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills; proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
