Hybrid Land Development Civil Engineer

Hybrid Land Development Civil EngineerSeeking a full-time Civil Engineer/Designer to join Landenberg based civil engineering firm, focusing on projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania. The role involves designing and preparing site plans for municipal approval, designing post-construction, stormwater management facilities, coordinating applications with clients and consultants, and reviewing subdivision and land development plans for compliance with municipal regulations.Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

Stormwater calculations experience (Must Have)

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Site plan experience

Ability to coordinate with clients and consultants effectively

Strong attention to detail for reviewing compliance with regulations

Work Site:The position offers a HYBRID work setup, with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
