Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse set of stakeholders to help clients continually improve their business, processes, and technologies
Collaborate with service desk teams to troubleshoot. Work with Level 1 Service Desk teams, Level 2 Incident & Problem Management & Level 3 teams to resolve production incidents
Gather requirements for new system capabilities and functionality that improve automations and leverage the latest technologies including Robotic Process Automation & Dashboard Tools
Work Change Requests, preparing specification documents and taking it through SDLC following Agile or Hybrid Agile Methodology
Deliver new capabilities using Agile methodologies to improve speed of delivery
Engage across functional and technical team members to develop a CI/CD pipeline
Collaborate with client stakeholders to debug production problems, collaborate amongst the Deloitte team, and provide resolution to enable the continuity of Production
Effectively communicate production status and issues to management and stakeholders
Work in a global environment to coordinate with onshore/offshore teams
Adhering to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with client
Perform Business Process Improvement (BPR) to assist clients in streamlining business operations and technologies
Written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and results to clients in the finance and IT organizations

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5+ years industry/consulting hands on relevant work with Oracle Cloud
5+ years industry/consulting hands on relevant work with Oracle EBS Financial technologies
5+ years industry/consulting hands on relevant work with configuring Oracle applications
5+ years industry/consulting hands on relevant work with developing and troubleshooting integrations, extensions, and reports in both Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS
5+ years hands on relevant work with developing in support of, but not limited to, the following modules:
Account Payable
General Ledger
Fixed Assets
Cash Management
Accounts Receivable
Project Portfolio Management
Knowledge of ITIL methods and tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must currently have or be able to obtain an active secret security clearance for this role
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating between onshore/offshore activities
Technical experience implementing or supporting Oracle applications
Solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud methodology and framework
