We pride ourselves on combining the atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader.Job DescriptionPLEASE NOTE: Candidates for this role must be able to work out of our Philadelphia, New York, or Chicago offices.We’re searching for a Senior Account Executive who can bond with the client daily, carry cross-channel Marketing programs to fruition and assist Managers in rolling out client presentations. You’ll work in conjunction with the Associate Director, leveraging your knowledge of data capability to enhance innovative campaigns. Tasks and responsibilities include:
Knowledgeable of client’s business, brand, economics, customer insights, marketing strategy/channels, and competitive analysis
Understands and articulates overall program strategy, objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results for programs
Assists in brainstorming creative strategies, test-and-learn plans, offer strategies, and channel and site strategies
Acts as day-to-day contact for junior to mid-level clients, with a focus on identifying oppurtinities and ideas for cross-capability teams to sell new work
Writes short decks and is able to get into client-ready state with guidance from Marketing Manager
Consolidates client feedback and leads discussion with internal team members
Constructs clear, concise, error-free, communications (written and verbal) that provides details required for a specific audience (internal and client), including clear expectations/action requested and relevant implications (i.e., timing, costs, etc.)
Begins to lead status meetings
Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
Is able to identify potential financial issues related to the project and escalate appropriately
Collaborates with centralized scoping group to develop accurate and informed scopes of work on small to medium-sized projects, including schedules and budges using correct tools (i.e., Microsoft Project. Clarity, Excel)
QualificationsTo qualify, you’ll need:
Four year degree
2-4 years experience
Creative agency experience desired
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
Familiarity with MS Access
Email and search engine marketing experience
Eagerness to start leading a team
Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Education in web development
Candidate must be open to travel as needed

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
