Under direction, independently resolves complex patient accounts.What you will do

Subject matter expert, handles most complex issues, performs audits.

Ensure accurate collections. Ensures clean audit process.

Provides excellent customer service

Other duties as assignedEducation Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED Required

Bachelor's Degree PreferredExperience Qualifications

At least seven (7) years experience in Healthcare Collections Required

At least eight (8) years experience in Healthcare Collections PreferredSkills and Abilities

Excellent attention to detail, organized, computer skills, strong analytical skills Special Projects - Focus task, detail oriented, considered as Subject Matter Expert (SME)To carry out its mission, CHOP is committed to supporting the health of our patients, families, workforce, and global community.
