Senior Analyst, Kroll Settlement Administration - 21009411DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Position

The Senior Analyst will join a case team, supporting a Manager and/or Senior Manager. Together, they will provide consistent superior client service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be consultative and solution-oriented and be capable of managing a budget and meeting deadlines. The Senior Analyst must be a team player, committed to fostering a team environment and building cooperation between team members to provide the highest quality service to clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management -Supervises work product of junior Analysts and is accountable for a full case load of matters they are responsible for administering. The Senior Analyst is required to proactively spot issues and confer with leadership to develop a plan for mitigation.

Project Execution - Proactively managing cases to meet and exceed project requirements and deadlines, within budget and at the highest quality standards. Effectively collaborates across the business to ensure timely execution and case management.

Research & Communication - Handle escalated claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, managers and/or Senior Managers as needed. Identify and seeks to address process challenges and effectively communicates with project teams and vendors as necessary.

Reporting & Documentation - Review project reporting and summaries for accuracy and completeness to identify case-related issues to be addressed. Assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments and ensuring related documentation accurately reflects requirements outlined in the applicable service agreement.REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or comparable work experience required.

2 years' experience working in claims administration, or a closely related field required.

Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team-based fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.

Critical thinking and analytical skills.

Demonstrated high proficiency in in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.Kroll is committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
