UX/UI Designer | Boutique Consulting Agency | Remote

A boutique consulting agency that focuses on consumer-focused holistic digital product design and growth is looking to add a UX/UI Designer to their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a fully distributed, creative team that values individual career growth. The new UX/UI Designer will join a mid-sized design team of 5 to work on a variety of long-term client projects, primarily in the B2C space. They are a small but mighty firm, counting McDonalds, HBO, Siemans, and Walmart among their recent clients. Projects typically are long term, 8-18 months. Their ideal candidate would be highly visual and interested in a consulting model. This is a full-time, 100% remote role with a ton of growth opportunity. Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a UX-focused role
• Experience collaborating with a team of UX designers
• Ability to plan and conduct user research
• Ability to create functional user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity)
• Experience creating interactive web and mobile user interfaces
• A robust portfolio that displays a keen eye for visual design as well as functional UX
• Firm grasp of the design process
