Part-Time Concierge / Front Desk Person

We are seeking a service professional to join our team at one of Center City's premier residential buildings as an overnight Part-Time Concierge. The schedule is:

11 PM on Fridays to 7 AM on Saturdays, and

11 PM on Saturdays to 7 AM on Sundays.

QUALIFICATIONS

- A positive, courteous, and friendly demeanor.

- Ability to anticipate residents' needs and deliver exceptional service.

- Work well independently and with others.

- Exhibit good judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.

- Basic computer skills.

- Ability to lift and lower heavy objects up to 25 pounds.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Greeting residents and their guests.

- Helping residents load and unload luggage, packages, etc, to and from their vehicles.

- Receiving and recording deliveries from UPS, Fedex, etc.

- Scheduling use of building facilities like the freight elevator and party room.

- Controlling access to the building and monitoring security cameras.

- Driving residents throughout Center City in the building's car, as needed.

- Maintaining cleanliness of building property, lobby, front desk, common areas, and staff areas.
