We are a local, family-operated Bath Remodeling Company looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team. (Call Center/ Phone Room Position)

Home Smart Industries is rapidly expanding and we are looking for an appointment setter effective immediately to work in our call center. NO COLD CALLING INBOUND AND WARM OUTBOUND CALLS ONLY. Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be an option to work 12:00PM- 7:00PM.

Guaranteed hourly ($15-20/ hour, depending on experience) - Plus weekly commissions for appointments set!

Candidate must have at least 1 year experience working with a home remodeling company, call center, in a telemarketing position, dispatch position, scheduling position, collections phone calling or similar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Booking appointments with homeowners who have needs for our products and services

-Creating customer interest, answering questions of clients

-Maintain a large daily call volume of inbound/outbound calls

-Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives.

-Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals.

-Place outbound calls and set sales appointments from generated leads provided.

-Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies

-Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

-High energy, self-motivated, competitive individuals who can create interest in our products and services.

-Strong customer service skills

-Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task.

-Excellent telephone & oral communication skills: All qualified candidates must be mature-minded individuals with a talent for communicating professionally on the telephone.

-Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change.

-Strong Computer Skills – Able to learn CRM system and utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

-High-School Diploma required

-Ability to type 45 WPM

-All applicants must be energetic and motivated; dependable and goal driven. Our daily mission is to set appointments for no-cost/obligation in-home estimates.

-Must have reliable transportation, no access to Public Transportation
