Lead, train, and inspire your team to provide top-notch resident care.Develop staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage and support for all areas of the facility.Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development.Conduct proper medication distribution and ensure med cart compliance.Oversee the wellness of residents and assist PCAs as needed.Ensure adherence to the Personal Care Home regulations.Supervise and create assignments for wellness associates. Round to ensure assignments are being followed and completed.Assist in training new staff as needed.
