Consider this excellent opportunity for a talented and detail oriented long-term contract / contract / temporary Software Developer! This is a position's main duty is to be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company. Applicants with a growth mindset and the ability to work both independently and with a team are strongly preferred. What you get to do every day - Team up with Scrum team to produce proper work estimates - Fix and offer production support - Consistently enact code-review and join up with other developers - Produce clear and consistent updates around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams - This job's main duty is to maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems

Requirements

- It is preferred for applicants to have familiarity with scrum - Candidates with experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc. will be the best fit for this position. - We are particularly looking for candiates who can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments - Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Command of PHP Python - Strong familiarity with JavaScript Framework - You might be a good fit for this position if you are knowledge of education standards such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF - It is preferred for applicants to have familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database) - Candidates with experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc., will be the best fit for this position - Experience documenting, crafting, and testing APIs
