The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAPs Product Engineering, Customer Services and Delivery, Technology & Innovation, and Customer Success board areas. What youll do:Position title: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program- Development Focus [Newtown Square]Location: Newtown Square, PAExpected start date to end date: May 2025 July 2027STAR students first receive a full range of formal training on SAPs core technology stack and soft skills, prior to entering their specific department. Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time).Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well-positioned for full-time employment in one of the appropriate areas of the business at SAP. Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in the areas of software development, service & support, product management, or consulting.What you bring:Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program with a Computer Science major or related field of study at a university local to the Philadelphia area

Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break and/or co-op, as well as part-time hours during the academic year

Adaptable, proactive, curious and willing to learn

Collaborative and team-oriented

Excellent communicator in English (additional languages a plus)

Ability to work both remotely and in the SAP Newtown Square office in a hybrid capacity
