Logistics Coordinator - Customs Brokerage

Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service through proactive and professional communication with both internal and external customers.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.Monitor and track customs files to ensure timely processing and visibility.Ensure accurate and timely client billingDevelop a thorough understanding of import customs procedures and apply this knowledge to meet customer requirements and expectations.Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration.Support the verification, preparation, and submission of customs declarations to the appropriate customs authorities.Maintain full compliance with all applicable customs regulations, company policies, and industry requirements.Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMSuccessful candidates must pass a background check
