Junior-Mid UX/UI Designer

Looking for a full time role in a growing organization dedicated to providing healthcare solutions? This UI/UX team is hiring a Junior-Mid UI/UX Designer to join on for feature development and to help optimize their design system. You will work on a few different web applications, bringing a sense of continuity to the branding and overall CX. This role is heavily focused on design and visual/UI work primarily with some user testing. The position is full time and based in King of Prussia, PA. In office expectation is 2-3 days a week, depending on work load and need for collaboration. Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Strong Sketch, Figma, or InVision skills
• Experience with Adobe XD
• Experience with Photoshop
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate information
• Ability to interpret business workflows and relate them to technical processes
• Strong organizational skills and administrative skills
• Able to independently manage workload

• Graduate Degree preferred
• Prior experience working on investment tools
