Systems Administrator

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Systems Administrator in our IT Consulting firm located in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania, United States. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing our cloud server environment, tackling escalated helpdesk challenges and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities Manage and provide 1st and 2nd level cloud-based, remote and on-site support for the server and desktop environment. Adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization in all infrastructure solutions and operational activities. Actively participate in engineering innovation projects, contributing to the advancement of the organization. Carry out recurring IT operational tasks and proactively validate the health of the environment. Monitor, report and escalate support trends to improve service delivery. Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery improvement or environment health enhancement through process improvement and continual development of runbooks. Provide on-call coverage for production support and undertake other duties as required. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, demonstrating ability to manage and maintain network infrastructure Solid understanding and experience with Citrix Technologies, able to configure and troubleshoot issues Expertise in Cloud Technologies, capable of managing and optimizing cloud resources Familiarity with Dell Technologies, including servers, storage, and other hardware Experience with Firewall Technologies, ensuring network security and preventing unauthorized access Proven ability to conduct AB Testing, driving optimization and improvement of system performance Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, with experience in managing user accounts and permissions Competence in Backup Technologies, ensuring data protection and recovery in case of system failures Skill in Cluster Analysis, able to evaluate and interpret complex data sets Knowledge of Computer Hardware, demonstrating ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware-related issues Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
