The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position is responsible for providing receptionist coverage in the office including answering inbound calls from the general public and providing customer service to clients that walk into the office. You will be responsible for digitization of records for regional programs and sort files according to division, case, and category. The CA2 will enter data in the Records Management System including additions, deletions and updating of file information.Interested in learning more? Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
