Hiring Landscape Laborers

We are a local landscape company in Fairview, PA. We have been providing top quality service to our clients for over 30 years. Looking to add a few quality workers to our workforce. We are hiring for full and part-time positions.

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities: Must be responsible, punctual, work well with others, have a good work ethic, and be able to provide quality customer service. We are looking for people to mow and perform general landscape tasks. Some heavy lifting is required. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Work outside, get some exercise, and some fresh air! LADIES, don't be afraid to apply! We are an equal opportunity employer. MUST have reliable transportation. (We are not on a bus route.)

Experience preferred, but not necessary. Training will be provided. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

General maintenance of equipment

Mowing - using walk behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.

Edging, weeding, mulch application

Spring/Fall leaf clean up

Shrub trimming/clean up

Plant installation

Bed maintenance

Hardscape installation

General landscape maintenance

Ability to understand and follow directions

The work week is normally Monday-Friday. Saturdays, during our busy seasons. Starting pay $14 to $17an hour, based on experience. (Please note that experience is professional work experience with a reputable lawncare company, not personal lawncare.) With a positive attitude, hard work, motivation, and reliability, you can advance quickly in pay.

Bonus every 30 days while employed. We will pay your monthly cell phone bill after 30 days while employed (up to $45 per month for full time $25 for part time). Restrictions apply. Ask for details.
