Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.
