Industrial Maintenance Technician

Estimated annual earnings: $85,000–$107,000 ($33-$42/hr + annual bonus)Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM ($2/hr shift differential)What You’ll DoYou’ll help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, drives, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.Read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and identify parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, and equipment performance.Fabricate, weld, repair, and modify components as needed.Document work, labor hours, and parts usage in the maintenance system.Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, team-focused work environment.
