Pay Range: $97,000 to $110,000Job Summary: Join our dynamic SAP support team as a SAP Senior Specialist SD/LE for S4 Hana, where you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our SAP landscape. As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, resolving tickets promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Education/Experience:

IT/Business Degree

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6/S4/Hana) with hands-on application management or equivalent combination of education and 10 years work experience

Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SD and LE module, with history of delivery high-impact solutions in a senior capacity.

Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience with three or more of the following SAP areas: materials management, procurement, inventory warehouse management, sales operations, logistics, finance and controlling

Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.

Integration experience integrating SAP with different business systems, especially MES systems, as well as with working with integration tools.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Prior Manufacturing or Automotive environment preferred

Knowledge of basic project management within IT

SAP Certification preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, focusing on support and maintenance.

Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying your problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly.

Perform system analysis, design, enhancements to meet business requirements and diverse interfaces.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance utilizing SAP best practices.

Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, considering dependencies and interface requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures, emphasizing manufacturing intricacies and integration points.

Lead the evaluation, selection, and configuration of SAP order to cash solutions to meet business needs.

Utilizing SAP best practices to support and maintain our clean core initiative.

Take charge of implementing preventive measures within the SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize business operations.
