In addition, this role will support the Office Manager in the daily operations of the branch.Benefit options include:

Position Responsibilities:

Works with project managers for data entry and reporting within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, relating to:

Entering new project information and project structure changes.

Entering and managing client contact and description information.

Provide assistance and support to the project and finance teams in executing and tracking established project financial processes including customer invoice issuance, accounts receivable communications, coding vendor invoices and employee expense reports; and distributing project and office reports.

General business development and project pursuit support, including tracking, data entry and reporting, for the branch.

Serves as a quality control review for various documents, including, but not limited to, letters, meeting minutes, presentations, memoranda, proposals, and reports.

Assist in scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in a systematic manner according to company procedures and processes.

Assist Office Manager with support to office staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting multiple groups simultaneously

Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar proficiency

Organized, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

Willing and able to learn the business and fully understand how and why tasks satisfy business needs. Ability to build relationships across the organization to be more effective in the role

Detail-oriented – must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness

Notary Public in applicable jurisdictions or ability to become one within six months of hire

Strong computer skills (proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Bluebeam and or Adobe Acrobat Pro)

Effective time management through balancing multiple concurrent tasks, responsibilities, and commitments

Other Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record, and credit check

Ability to pass a pre-employment employment drug screening
