Manpower is looking for a service oriented and energetic Client Coordinator to support a large industrial client in Bristol, PA.Job Title: Client CoordinatorHours: Mon-Fri, 10pm-6:30amPay Rate: $21–$24hrLocation: Bristol, PA 19007Responsibilities include:

Greeting new associates on orientation day, taking photos, and sending to security for badges

Completing I9 documentation for new hires and any additional client required forms

Conducting Daily Start-up Meetings

Completing attendance within 2 hours after start of the shift

Investigating payroll errors or issues

Validating employee PPE daily and completing daily safety walks

Managing daily shift associate communications

Audit associate punches to ensure shift compliance and correcting missing punches

Performance Management of all associates as required

Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in administrative, customer service, and/or other fast-paced environment

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Technical: Microsoft Office Literacy, Associate Tracking System experience
