Job Title: Technical Operator

Location: Quakertown, PA 18951

Duration: 5+ Months

Pay Rate: $19/hr (In case of Temp to Perm it will be 12 hrs. shift 5am – 5pm)

Shift: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED

3+ years in a manufacturing environment

Related manufacturing or trade school experience a plus use and understanding of hand tools and measuring devices helpful

Responsibilities:

In this key and instrumental role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties on our world class manufacturing floor, e.g., production, packaging, forklift operation, minor machine maintenance and care, warehouse functions, and quality functions. This cross functional responsibility is the key to our success.

Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality

Cooperation and engagement with leadership demonstrated in a willingness to assist fellow employees in a high-performance team centric environment

Willingness to work overtime and at times on short notice

Thorough understanding safety rules and the safe operation and behaviors always
