For a small apartment complex in Emmaus. Part time. Approximately 2-3 hours work every 2 weeks. (Vacuuming, sweeping, light mopping, windows) Also 4-8 hours for apartment cleanups when a tenant moves out. Make your own schedule. Must have experience, reference and complete a W9 form.
