Seeking Experienced Forklift Operators! Weekly Paying Job! (Phillipsburg, NJ)

On Time Staffing is seeking Forklift Operators for our client located in Phillipsburg, NJ Attendance Incentive Effective Immediately - We will pay an extra $40 per week for working all of your scheduled shifts!

Starting pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

Day Shift A:

Week One: 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM Sun, Wed, Thurs

Week Two: 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Day Shift C:

Week One: 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Week Two: 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM Sun, Wed, Thur

Essential Job Functions may include:

Operate sit-down forklift

Pick orders and stage together with other orders by route

Locate finished goods from warehouse

Manage warehouse inventory

Any damaged or quality-related problems must be reported and noted

Perform inspections on equipment prior to and following operational use

Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage areas

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Operate material handling equipment such as clamp trucks and cherry pickers

Keep track of parts and materials

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 3 years’ previous forklift experience – must have recent experience

GED/High School Diploma preferred

Technical knowledge to operate machinery

Ability to stand, lift, twist and bend

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts

Must wear PPEs: personal protective equipment foot coverings such as rubber-soled, steel-tipped shoes; earplugs, bump cap, safety glasses. No jewelry

Able to work a flexible schedule

Temperature check at each shift

Face coverings provided and required

Lunch room tables are set apart with only one chair per table

6-foot distance markings on floors in needed areas

Each area has a posted sign with limit to number of people allowed (lunch room, locker area, kitchens, etc.)

Tables and doors cleaned throughout the day

Facility cleaned after each shift

COVID-19 questions asked to all new employees and visitors and posted at all entrances

Employees are not permitted to work with a fever, sore throat, or any Covid-like symptoms

Employees out for any reason 3 consecutive days (unscheduled) not permitted to return to work without a doctor’s note
