Line Cook

Nonna Sulina's in Bethlehem is hiring for a line cook/ prep person. Experience in Italian cuisine is a must.

Job Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

-Prepare and organize ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, preparing sauces as directed

-Assist the chef in plating dishes elegantly and well presented.

-Assist chef in cooking pasta during service in preparation for plating.

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

-Experience in Italian restaurants and on the line

-Able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure

- Team player

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
