With your attention to detail and commitment to quality, you’ll help ensure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and at home from the moment they arrive.Why you’ll love it here:Be part of a supportive team where your hard work is valuedMake a meaningful impact on every guest’s vacation experienceEnjoy a friendly, collaborative work environmentWhat you will do:Keep guest rooms and common areas clean, fresh, and welcomingChange, collect, transport, and restock bed and bathroom linensVacuum, sweep, mop, and steam-clean floors as neededDust and clean windows, mirrors, furniture, doors, and other surfacesThoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and floorsRefresh kitchens by cleaning appliances, sanitizing countertops, emptying refrigerators, and running dishwashersRestock guest supplies and amenities to ensure rooms are ready for arrivalHandle and report lost-and-found items according to established proceduresReport maintenance concerns and damaged or missing itemsVerify room and kitchen inventory and document items as neededFollow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipmentKeep housekeeping storage and work areas clean and organizedMaintain shared resort areas, including lobbies, hallways, game rooms, and laundry facilitiesAssist with additional housekeeping duties as needed
