Complete general construction tasks with minimal instruction

Work independently or as part of a team depending on project needs

Follow project plans, scopes of work, and Q&R Construction’s quality standards

Assist with framing, demolition, installations, repairs, and other hands-on tasks

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and homeowners

Drive company vehicles as needed (clean driving record mandatory)
