Office Admin / Office assistant

Hello,

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-sufficient, takes direction and runs with it to work for our fast-paced construction company! It is growing every day and we need someone who is ready and willingly to take on all we need done! Our main tasks will be listed below but we need someone who is flexible when it comes to tasks that may come up along the way. The small home office is located near Sheridan but some tasks will be in Salem.

Required:

Knowledge of Quickbooks (online)

Clear and actionable knowledge of payroll, reconciling, billing etc

Organized and ready to help streamline our current systems

Excellent communication through email, text, and phone

Available during the day for in and out of office errands

Experience in construction/remodeling field is a plus
