LANDSCAPE/LAWN CARE ROUTE POSITION

Experience required-Daily lawn care route work.

Construction experience a plus.

Primary duties include but not limited to:

Mow and edge lawns as needed

Weed and turn bark-dust flowerbeds as needed

Blow driveways and parking lots weekly

Trim hedges and shrubs as needed

Fertilize as needed (seasonal)

Apply bark dust to flowerbeds as needed (seasonal)

Pressure wash parking lots, sidewalks, and buildings as needed

Clean gutters and roofs (seasonal)

Maintain irrigation systems

Maintain lawn care equipment

Perform light building maintenance (e.g., fence repair, gutter repair, etc.)

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Must pass a background check

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 DOE
