Stay for the culture.What You’ll Be Doing:What you’ll be doing:The Solution Strategy & Value team is accountable for end-to-end oversight of Evolent’s speciality solutions – the capabilities that power our mission to improve care quality, affordability and experience for people with complex health conditions. The Senior Director, Oncology Solution will shape the strategic direction of Evolent’s Oncology products and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure our offerings are distinctive and create a market-leading impact.Collaboration Opportunities:The Senior Director position is a highly visible enterprise leadership role involving frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level, as well as broad cross-functional collaboration with our teams in Product, Technology, Clinical, Operations, and Growth. This position will report to the VP, Solution Strategy & Value.The Day-to-Day:
Set the vision and strategic roadmap for the speciality solution, which will include conducting market research to understand the industry landscape and customer needs, validate new opportunities and define solution differentiators.
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Clinical, Operations and Growth partners to identify and execute on opportunities to increase solution value creation for customers – including clinical quality improvement, cost of care reduction, and provider/member experience; align product enhancement initiatives to strategic roadmap priorities.
Monitor, improve and drive consistency in product ROI methodology.
Incubate net-new solution capabilities through build/buy/partner strategies, including evaluating and managing relationships with key third-party partners.
Partner with business development and account leaders on solution sales strategy and pursuits.
Manage the development of succinct market-facing and internal collateral.
Engage directly with health plan leaders on product capabilities and roadmap, including facilitating solution scoping discussions to tailor deployment to customer goals and requirements.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, which includes 8 - 10 years in solution strategy and innovation.
At least 5 - 6 years specific to the health care domain, working in areas such as health care strategy, product/tech, research, clinical and operations. Experience driving innovative solutions in Oncology speciality management is a plus.
Ability to lead and work in diverse cross-functional groups to drive product problem-solving and define solution strategy.
Experience ideating and defining novel solutions and evaluating best approaches for new product development, including working with third-party partners.
Ability to form recommendations grounded in strong strategic rationale under conditions of uncertainty and/or incomplete information.
Exemplary ability to develop compelling, succinct client-facing and internal content such as meeting presentations, RFP responses, opportunity assessments, SOWS, and FAQ documents.
Well-versed in communicating with, presenting to, and influencing internal and external executive-level stakeholders.
Experience leading teams, engaging employees and developing talent.

Technical Requirements:We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
