Job Description

Consult with clients on core service line workflows for Rehabilitation, including current state and future state, and work with client to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested.

Identify gaps, resolve outstanding design questions, and plan and facilitate client meetings and key events to ensure decisions are made, project progress milestones are met, and client goals are achieved

Coach client on data collection and system design requirements, and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation

Test and perform configuration in client environments in accordance with client requirements

Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership

Provide on-site conversion troubleshooting support and issue resolution, identify inefficiencies and areas with opportunities for improvement with KPIs, and propose changes to client

Cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Must have healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

Prefer candidates with experience with the Rehabilitation solution

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Can travel up to 75% of the time

ResponsibilitiesStandard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves communicating daily with clients via web calls and emails, providing live demonstrations of the Rehabilitation solution, meeting project deadlines, problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
