NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice of Woodward Heating, Air & Plumbing. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll interact with customers, support our HVAC and plumbing teams, and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer incoming calls and deliver top-tier customer service

- Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to service calls

- Process customer payments accurately

- Support the team with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned
