Commercial Janitorial and Residential Cleaning persons needed

A cleaning person is needed for both occupied and vacant units.

Commercial Office Buildings

Residential houses and apt cleaning when rentals are vacated.

Must be RELIABLE

Attention to detail is a must.

Must have own vehicle

Must have a reliable cell phone and be responsive within a reasonable time for emergency

Must be available daily for commercial building cleaning and disinfecting -

This is a 1099 position

You make your own hours but must be reasonably available when needed for rental turns and must be available evenings or very early mornings for Commercial buildings.

Preference but not a requirement: Able to perform other tasks/assist with maintenance at times.
